Vendor check-in and load-in starts promptly at 7:45 AM for all venues. Early check-in is not permitted under any circumstances, and doors will open strictly at 7:45 AM.
Each reservation includes one table (standard 6-ft at most venues, or 8-ft where facilities permit), two chairs, and two (2) vendor credentials. Tables are dressed or skirted depending on the facility.
Yes. Everyone working behind a table must have an official registered vendor badge with no exceptions permitted. For safety and venue compliance, badges are tied directly to full individual names, including the primary applicant. All credentials must be worn and clearly visible around the neck or clipped at all times while behind your booth.
Almost everything collectibles-related is welcome: Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, sports cards (raw singles and slabs), supplies, and original artwork. However, we strictly prohibit AI-generated merchandise or illegitimate, mass-produced Alibaba knockoffs. If you are selling a Pikachu keychain, it better actually look like Pikachu, not a bootleg, derpy knockoff!
At most venues that permit outside food and beverage distribution, our team provides a complimentary snack and a bottle of water directly to your booth. We also have a limited quantity of portable power banks available to rent at check-in on a first-come, first-served basis.
You may begin packing up your booth a maximum of 15 minutes before the show officially ends. Packing up any earlier than that is strictly prohibited unless prior explicit authorization has been granted by event management.
